Add the User Account Element to your Crafting Area to enable player registration and login, player profiles, betting history, transaction history, bonuses, and so much more!

User Account Settings

There are two similar buttons for registration and login but you can edit each of them separately. This element has only two modes: Logged In and Logged Out.

  •  If you've added more than one User Account element (including one in the burger menu or for mobile visibility), make sure to edit settings, styles, and fields separately!

  • If you create a popup and place a User Account Element within the popup, all the changes made apply to the one included in the popup.

  • You can generate and store UTM tags for the registration to design more targeted marketing campaigns.

Customize the User Account Element by heading over to Edit Settings, which include Form, Dashboard, Regulatory Info Links, and Data Tracking.

Form

In the Settings tab, you can enable using Latin characters only for your website's form. You can select the button style from the available list (buttons are created via the Designer Tools app).

Registration Fields enables you to customize the sign-up window fields. You can add, edit the labels and placeholders for the fields, and change the visibility for each field. You can rearrange them by using our drag and drop feature.

Each of the fields has its own settings; you can customize them accordingly.

Note: The mobile number code specific to the country of registration will be visible if you include the Country field in the Registration form.

  • You can choose to show the full name of currencies: in the fields search for Currency, edit its settings and turn on the Show Currency Name switcher.

Use a wizard to make the user registration process step-by-step! Just hover over the field, which will be the last one in the first step, click on the direction icon, and will notice the 'Next' field added after that field.

You can also work on the settings of the Next button: specify the text and add the 3rd party custom code. You can add as many Next steps as you want.

The Notification Options field allows players to choose by which means they can get notified about updates. Your players also have the opportunity to Get Notifications with one field, as well as Autoselect All Options which means all the options are selected Yes by default during the registration process.

In the Layout tab, determine whether the registration process should be a pop-up or on-page. In case of the on-page option, make sure to choose the default slide: Sign In or Sign Up and make the sign-in view horizontal with the corresponding switcher.

Besides, turning on/off the balance/password visibility and VIP label, you can also enable the Account View in Desktop to display either a dropdown/expanded view and show labels, bets, and deposits. You can do the same for the Account View in Mobile, select the Border Radius, and Button Styles.

Note! When you click on the dropdown view on desktop/mobile, you enable the compact view of the account.

Favorites

In the Layout settings, you can enable the Show Favorites switcher to allow your players to summon their favorite casino games and sports events in one place. Once enabled, set the Icon Size in pixels; Bar Alignment in the Public mode, and the type (Casino, Sports, or both).

However, for the casino option, you need to specify the default inner page for your casino games in the Dashboard > Spring App > Partner Configs > Other Configurations > Main Casino Page.

This is the bar players see in the Public mode once they click the star icon next to the Register and Login buttons.

Button Settings include the orientation (horizontal or vertical) and distance between Register and Login buttons. You can customize each of them by clicking on the gear icon, shown in the picture below.

In the corresponding tabs, write down the button texts and choose the styles. Additional settings include turning on/off Zimpler for Sign Up, and Remember Me option for Sign In.

Another integration for the Sign In button is NemID which works in accordance with Danish regulations. You can turn on/off the Enable NemID Integration and input the integration URL in order to add a digital signature and a single sign-in for a safer gaming experience.

One more great functionality is the option to turn the buttons into icons, links, or buttons. To do so, select the type of the button: choose one from one million icons available, play with the size, color, and hover color, and hit Save as you finish the editing process.

Social Accounts - this setting eases the registration/login process and lets the users get into the system via Facebook and Google. You just need to input API Keys for the corresponding social network.

Forgot Password Settings enables retrieving the password of your players via SMS. To do so, just turn on the Reset password via SMS switcher. Users can also enter their username if they have specified the phone number in My Profile or while signing up.

Dashboard

In the Settings tab, you can set the Collapsed view of the user profile by default with all the available tabs, as shown in the picture below.

Here you have an option to confirm users' first deposit for the approval of the first-time deposit by turning on/off the Confirmation pop-up.

And finally, the Profile hint word count tab refers to the number of words that should be shown in the My Profile section, as visible in the picture below.

As the profile hint text reaches the specified number in this tab, users need to click on 'Read More' to see the whole paragraph. If you want to display the whole text, just type '0'.

Account Types - choose the type of account you will have: Sportsbook and/or Casino depending on the type of your website.

Sections - customize the sections of the Logged In mode: My Wallet, Bonus Iframe, My Profile, My Bets, My Account Info, Bonuses, Tickets, and Messages. Click the eye icon next to these fields to make them visible in the logged-in mode.

Each of them has its specific settings. My Wallet offers special settings for your players, such as enabling payment confirmation, Buddy Transfer, and others.

Make sure to enable the Show Info Tooltips switcher for additional information on the Deposit and Withdraw sections and display the text set on the Dashboard > Languages app > Translations tab.

You can also enable predefined amounts to the Deposit and Withdrawal section by turning on the Add Predefined Amounts switcher. Note that these amounts get added to the entered number instead of replacing them.

You can also enable the Promo Code switcher to award your players with a unique promo code on making a successful deposit.

Bonus Iframe

With the User Account element, you can integrate your custom iframe for bonuses as a separate section. All you need to do is to add the iframe URL and choose to Show Bonus History.

Besides this step, you should enable the Show Bonus Iframe switcher in the User Account settings > Form > Layout section to see it in action for your players.

!Note: Iframe URL is custom and should be added from your side.

My Profile

My Profile comprises a list of settings referring to the Logged-in mode of the user. You can make each of them visible and dig into the extra settings, such as limits for login, deposit, set self-exclusion timelines, get to choose the documents required for the verification of the account, etc.

The subsections of My Profile have their own settings: Documents, Self-Exclusion, Time-Out, Session Time, Limits, Login Limits, Notifications, Safer Gambling, and others.

  • You can enable the Customer Journey section for your players to track the steps and conditions to achieve corresponding statuses and get bonuses in the end of the journey. The journeys are created and managed via CRM tool.

  • In the Login Limits tab, you can turn on Pop-up with winning and losses information, set duration for log-in and select the default limit filter.

  • The Login Limits and Bet Limits can be set as editable/non-editable for your players.

  • You can hide the remaining amounts in the Limits tab if you turn on the Hide Remaining Bet Limits switcher.

  • You can enable the Suggested Document Info switcher in the Document Issue Code settings that suggests additional information during the registration process according to the Italian regulations, i.e. the Passport field opens the list of Italian cities to choose from.

  • If the Safer Gambling tab is visible, you can change the text displayed in the section and add a link to the "Read More" button. To do so, go to the Languages app > Translations tab, search for the "saferGambling" key and edit the texts:

To add a link to the button, edit the Read More text with this tag: <a href=“your link here”>Read More</a>

In the Self-Exclusion section, you can set the type: Self-Exclusion, Account Closure, to Deactivation, afterward choose the time limit for the action. You can also enable Confirmation by password and Predefined Reasons.

Predefined Reasons make the players pick the reason for their self-exclusion. We offer this list of reasons: Other, Gambling Addiction, Insufficient Financial Obligations, Over Indebtedness, Stakes Exceed Income, Short Exclusion. If you want to change the reasons, make sure to edit the key translations from the Languages app > Translations tab.

My Bets

My Bets tab includes enabling push notifications, Printing, Downloading and Sharing options in case users need it. In case both the Printing and Downloading options are enabled, players get a pop-up and need to choose whether to print or download their bets.

Your players can share their bets on Facebook, Twitter, VK, Snapchat and Telegram. Just turn on/off the corresponding switcher to enable the functionality.

Besides, you can enable the Allow Copy Sharing switcher which will allow your players copy their bets to the clipboard with one click.

!Note: Telegram and Snapchat sharing work only on the mobile version of your website.

To enable Snapchat sharing, you need to add an App ID from the Snapchat Business account. Check out this article to get the ID.

You can also enable push notifications for sports events for several markets. Just turn on the Allow Push Notifications switcher, and also make sure to enable Push notifications from the Dashboard > Spring app > Partner configs > Push Notifications > Connect Firebase (fill in random details for the other fields). Your players can choose the markets and get notified about their sports events both on the desktop and mobile versions.

Here you can also select the default filter for settled bets, as well as the default date range to show to your players on the My Bets tab.

In the Bonuses tab, you can cancel them, choose to show bonus balance, display single game bonus, and set other settings by turning on/off the switchers.

Another extra setting is showing Bet bonus and Hide Freebet end date. These features make the user experience more reliable and smooth.

Functionalities for the Bonus section include hiding balance when being 0.00, hiding currency, Bonus verification, and setting deposit bonus reminders.

In the Bonuses section, you can also enable the Bonus Management tab where your players can submit requests for bonuses and see their statuses in one place.

You can also enable Refer A Friend functionality in the Bonus tab. Refer A Friend will benefit your players as their friends sign up and make their bets. Turning on/off the switcher is the only step from the Design mode.

In the Public mode, your players will see this view and generate a code to send it to their friends:

As a gaming and betting website, you should introduce to your users the terms and privacy policies that your website employs. You can add the links to these pages in the User Account Logged In mode.

In case you want to show the 'Terms and Conditions' field in the Registration Fields, you need to have a target link for your users to get acquainted with your website's general terms before registering (it will appear in the Lightbox in the Public mode).

To add that links, head over 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' tabs and add the internal link from the System Pages. SpringBuilder has already created those pages for you, all you need is to update them and select the corresponding page from the System pages.

*Please note that in case you update your Terms and Conditions, you should input the number of the version manually in the corresponding field (see the screenshot).

Data Tracking

Let's check out the Data Tracking settings. Here you can append any 3rd party code to your website to set up conversion tracking after your users log in. For instance, you can easily integrate Facebook Pixel or implement the Google Analytics tracking ID here. All you need to do is create Facebook Pixel or a Tracking ID and add it to the corresponding field.

For After successful registration, you can also turn on the Autologin option, otherwise, your users should verify their accounts via email and then log in with their credentials.

Firing custom code also applies to the other tabs in the list of Data Tracking.

Another crucial functionality that can be turned on/off in the After Successful Withdrawal tab is Hide Cancel Withdrawal button in the Logged in mode.

This is pretty much about the settings that the User Account element covers for now. We update it regularly and will keep you posted!

Style Settings

Now let's pass into the design of the element. We will show you how we can edit the styling of your registration and login popups. In the Edit mode, click on the element and push the ‘Edit Styles’.

You are given a variety of choices for the coloring of registration/login popup for the From colors, Account Info Colors, Account Colors and Loyalty Points Colors.

There are options to change the color of the Title text, links, popup's background, etc. Use our color picker to adjust the colors accordingly.

Form Colors refer to the registration/login popup styles, Account Info Colors refer to the compact/non-compact view of the profile, while Account Colors apply to the main view of Logged In mode profile. Once you enable Loyalty Points, you can customize its colors as well.

In order for you to see the styling changes, you will need to head over to your website's Public mode in a new tab and click on the registration or login button. This will open the registration/login Lightbox where you can see the styling changes that you have applied in your Edit mode. You need to sign up/in to see the Account Info changes.
