Inviting team members to collaborate on your website

SpringBuilder gives you the opportunity to make your website better with the help of great collaborations through the Team App.

Here, you have a chance to create your own team and work together on improving the website design and content. You can give your teammates particular roles and achieve your desired results. 

There are the roles your teammates can have on your website:

  • Editor

  • Designer

  • Casino Manager

  • Monitoring

  • Admin

  • Blogger

  • Translator

Roles

Each of these roles has different accesses to the Edit mode of your website, as well as the Apps on your Dashboard.

  • Editor is responsible for text content, views the pages, content, and SEO, and can make translations on the website.
    Available Apps for Editor: Pages, Media, SEO, Domain, Articles, Languages, Fonts, eCommerce.
    Editor can also make use of the Elements section and Preview.

  • Designer is down for the pages, and can fully customize them design-wise, including the Layout, Typography, and UI Kit.
    Available Apps for Designer: Pages, Designer Tools, Media, SEO, Articles, Integrations, Languages, Fonts.
    Designer can play around with Effects, Colors, add Blocks, make use of the Elements section, and Preview.

  • Casino Manager controls all the casino games and has full access to Casino App.

  • Monitoring role has control over the domain settings of the website, including connecting and verifying it via the Domain App.

  • Blogger has the access to the articles/promotions via Article App.

  • Admin gets permission to push the changes to the website live.
    Available Apps for Admin role: Pages, SEO, Casino, Spring, Media, Domain, Team, Site Settings, Articles, Language, Integrations.

  • Translator has permission to access Languages App and make translations on the website.

Let's navigate to the Team App on your Dashboard and see how it all works!

All you need to do is click Invite new member, enter your friend's email address, define his role, and hit the Invite button.

You can add more team members, as well as change their roles on the go using the controllers on the right.

After submitting the email, your teammates will receive an invitation email providing all the instructions needed on how to join your crew.

If you think your team member has finished his job on your website, you can remove the member by clicking the ‘Close’ icon (‘x’).
