Every business with a website needs tools to communicate with its customers. LiveChat fills in for phone calls, which are time-consuming and for e-mails, which tend to be slow.
LiveChat is an application that enables the visitors on your site to chat live with your customer support. It’s a solution dedicated for eCommerce and customer care.
To get started with this integration:
1. First things first! Sign up for a Live Chat account. Simply move to the Live Chat main page and follow the onscreen instructions.
2. After setting up your Live Chat account, you will be redirected to a following window.
3. Hit the “INSTALL LIVECHAT” button to find the necessary code.
4. Copy the code and navigate to the Integrations section on your SpringBuilder Dashboard, paste the code in the appropriate field and hit Connect.
By the way in case you have skipped the steps above you can always find the necessary code for integration on your LiveChat account Settings Channels section.
Done! The Live Chat tab will appear in the lower right corner of your website.
