JivoChat allows website owners to chat with visitors on their websites to provide instant assistance and support. It helps drive online sales, increase response speed rate, and improve customer satisfaction.
To get started:
1. Go to the JivoChat main page, click on the Sign up free button and fill out all of the required information.
2. You'll then be guided through the install process. If you get lost while completing the required steps, this guide will show you how to get started with JivoChat.
3. Once you reach the final stage of the registration process, copy the chat code for the website installation.
4. Move to the Integrations section on your SpringBuilder Dashboard, paste the code in the appropriate field, and click Connect.
5. That’s it! The JivoChat tab will appear in the lower right corner of your website.
