To integrate JotForm on your SpringBuilder website, you’ll first need to sign up for an account, and only then start creating forms.

And now, when you've created your first form and set up email alerts, it's time to add the form to your web page.

Step 1:
You need to go to the ‘Publish’ tab on your Form Builder, select the Quick Share option, then click the‘Copy Link’ button.

Step 2:
Following this, go to the Edit Mode of your website, find the JotFrom element in the Elements section and drag it to the desired page on your website.

Step 3:
As you can see, you just need to paste the URL and the form will appear on your website.

Step 4:
You can also change the alignment, or if you decide that you don’t need the JotForm anymore, just right-click on the element and hit the 'Trash' icon to delete it.

Step 5:
